1.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of items from back2natural.co.uk and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication.
2.1 All orders shall be deemed to be an offer to purchase items according to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
2.2 When Goods ordered are not available from stock you shall be notified and a refund will be processed. When possibly, you will be given the option to either wait until the products are available in stock or get a refund for the relevant item(s).
2.3 All sizes and measurements of our products are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
3 PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The price of products we sell are stipulated on our website.
3.2 If the price stipulated on the website is in error we reserve the right to cancel customer orders.
3.3 After the order is received we shall confirm by email which will include the total price including delivery cost.
3.4 Payment of the price, delivery and any other charges, must be made in full before we will dispatch your order.
4 PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
4.1 We reserve the right to update prices on our website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.
4.2 We reserve the right to withdraw any Goods and/or Services from our website at any time.
4.3 We may have to suspend our services for repair, maintenance, improvements, holidays or any other reasons.
4.4 All information provided on this site, over the phone, via email and on our product labels relating to the use of our products is intended as guidance only. None of the information we provide should be considered specific to your personal circumstances. We recommend seeking guidance from a medical practitioner before using our products. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
5.1 We only deliver to addresses in the UK
5.2 We will usually dispatch orders within 3 working days.
5.3 We are unable to guarantee an order dispatch date or a delivery date and from time to time there will be loss and delays of deliveries which are outside of our control.
5.4 We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
5.5 Delivery cost and information is provided on the ‘Delivery information’ page on our website. We have the right to change delivery services and costs without notice to you and will apply to any subsequent orders.
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN
6.1 Once we have sent an order out for delivery, we are unable to cancel your order.
6.2 To be eligible for a refund, you have the right to return the product(s) within 14 calendar days from the day you received the order with the exception of non-refundable items which are stated on our website unless the item is faulty or you received an incorrect product(s).
6.3 If you wish to make a return you must contact us via the ‘Returns information' page on the website and follow the instructions provided on that page.
6.4 If the product(s) have arrived to you with defects you must inform us within 7 calender days of recieving the order.
6.4 To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused, be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
6.5 We do not refund any costs made for delivery.
6.6 Due to safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to refund certain products unless faulty or you received a wrong order. These products are non returnable and are stated as such on our website.
6.6 We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.
6.7 If you wish to return an item which has arrived to you with defects, we may require photographic evidence in order to process a refund or replace the item.
6.8 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 calendar days. There may be delays if any of our services are suspended.
6.9 If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
6.10 We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
7.1 Your data will be used by us to help us process your order, notify you of important changes to our website and inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers.
